Our Organisation
Auckland Youth Voice (AYV) is a charity that provides facilitation and fund-holding services for Youth Voice Groups (YVGs). These are groups of young people funded by Local Boards across Auckland to provide their board areas with a youth perspective in decision-making and deliver events that empower local youth. AYV was established by former YVG members to support these groups. In addition to the Youth Development Manager, AYV typically contracts a team of Youth Development Facilitators to work directly with YVGs.

This is a contract role running from late 2025 to late 2026 with the opportunity for renewal. On average we expect this role to take 10 hours per week with flexibility available as to when these hours are worked. The role will report to the Auckland Youth Voice Board Chair.
